- Can I purchase tickets at the box office to avoid service fees?
- No. All fees are inclusive of the ticket price.
- How can I purchase tickets?
- Some events are sold ticketed through Ticketmaster, but most events are sold on our website.
- How can I pick up my Will Call tickets?
- Tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to showtime at the box office.
- Is there a drink or item minimum?
- See event info. Each event is different.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Cash, Visa, MC, AMX and Discover.
- When time does the doors open?
- One hour prior to showtime.
- Does my child need a ticket?
- Yes. Persons 2+ requires a ticket. NO BABES IN ARMS ALLOWED EVEN WITH TICKETS – For their safety and our liability.
- Is there ADA seating available?
- Yes. The ADA seats available are for wheelchairs only. If you need other specific accommodations, please email us prior to buying a ticket.
- I’m celebrating a birthday or special occasion. Can I reserve a VIP table or section?
- Yes. Please contact Dress Circle Entertainment for VIP info on our Contact Us tab.
- What if my event is Cancelled or Postponed?
- If your event gets postponed, your old tickets will be honored for the new date. If you can’t make the new date, refunds will be honored.
- If your event is cancelled, you will automatically be refunded to the payment method on file.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are for personal use only, NOT for resale. In the event of a cancellation, all refunds will be given at the original place of purchase. Tickets purchased via phone or internet will be automatically refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Outside food, beverages, or containers of any kind are NOT permitted in the venue
Third Party Vendors: Be wary of buying tickets from any third-party website. Dress Circle Entertainment has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any website other than ticketmaster.com or dresscircleent.com. We cannot reprint or refund you for an invalid ticket.
For everyone’s safety, guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening, subject to artist and management discretion. Some examples of items that are not allowed include: weapons, sharp or dangerous items, large markers, food, beverages, drugs, mace, stickers, flyers or multiples of items intended for resale or distribution, video/audio recorders, etc. This list is subject to change show by show, or at the artist’s request.
Please note: The audio recording and camera policy frequently changes based on the preference of the artist. Many performers allow small personal pocket cameras but require a press pass for professional gear. Video Recording is never allowed.
